John Stamatakis is a chef known for his creative pop-up restaurants, as well as his fermentation business ‘Mould Farmer’. Currently, John is Head Chef for the iconic Kangaroo Island restaurant The Fig Tree, which he has relaunched with new branding and a focus on Mediterranean dining.
